Despite short notice, J.E. Johnson was able to rescue us prior to the Independence Day holiday and quickly diagnose and fix our broken AC. Fast. Honest. Knowledgable. Fair price. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks to our tech "Blake" and to the rest of the team!! :)
JE has always comes through for me for service. I am never left high and dry and they keep me informed as they go. They are my go to for anything HVAC related and I highly recommend.
Blake and Brandon did excellent work installing our new AC unit! They were quick, respectful of our home, and knowledgeable too. Deon and Joe came to do the initial inspection, they were incredibly helpful with all of our questions about the system, install process, and the financial side of it too. Everyone was very friendly and kind! We haven’t had AC in over a week, with the temperatures being in the 90s, we were desperate to have our AC fixed. JE Johnson got to us in less than 48 hours from their initial inspection time!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Anthony from J.E.Johnson . Our air conditioner was not working properly, we called Consumer’s Appliance Plan and they sent a repair order. J.E Johnson’s service was outstanding during hottest day so far and the repair was completed. Anthony explained every step and we felt confident that our issue was taken care of.
