Your employee Mike came to look at the condition of my furnace after I’d been told by 3 other companies that I needed a new furnace. His honesty saved me thousands !! We talked about central air in the future and I will be your customer for sure. Honesty and Integrity are good traits for repeat business and word of mouth - which I’ll sure tell people I know about what happened to me.
The team from JE Johnson were amazing. Scheduled an appointment to have someone look at our AC Unit, which stopped working during a recent storm, and they were out the next morning and able to correct the issue within 30 minutes to get things running again. Amazing service and very personal people. Special thanks to Rob, our technician, for taking some time to explain more about the system and how it functioned than I previously knew.
