(Excellent Update): Now it's almost been a month exactly since I moved in and I wish I could give them a 10 star review. My AC started leaking so I submitted a maintenance request right before my dog walk around 7:30am. I returned around 8:30am and they were already working on it! By 9am (1.5 hours later and before normal business hours commence), they had completely replaced the AC unit with a brand new one working perfectly, AND gave me a new fan. I've been here for a week now and absolutely love it. It's the perfect location, and my 2 bedroom 1 bath is extremely spacious. The furniture is comfortable (beds particularly so!) and it's really quiet. They take really great care of the grounds, and when I moved in my place was incredibly clean, tidy, and had everything I needed except for my clothes! Also awesome that it comes with a gym membership :).
Just checked in! I’ve stayed at the other location in Quincy! Now this time in Waltham! I must say, I’m so very impressed, I feel nothing has not been thought of. Apartment very clean. Instructions for check in are precise and easy. All the little things I’d hoped for in an apartment and more. Kitchen utensils, dressers, linens, hangers. I’m just really impressed. Travel nurse here for 3 months (for now). The other reviews left prior to mine are outdated and quite frankly, are ridiculous. This place is great. Grateful to hav... read more
