Erik is as shady as they come. First of all he is not a licensed contractor. If he provides you any documentation please carefully examine it for authenticity. My experince with Erik was a disaster. poor workmanship and a lack of accountaibility. One huge RED flag is that Erik and his team do all of their own electrical and plumbing. They do NOT have any plumbers or electricians on their team. He left me with faulty electrical work that is a FIRE hazard. Erik will try to come off like Mr. Nice Guy. You should run away. Do NOT walk away. My experience was a nightmare. Erik will NOT use any electricians or plumbers on his team. He will do it all on his own. Theres a reason people go to school to learn these trades. Erik did not stick to his timeline as promised and allowed me to live in a dust bowl for months. I have had J&E Contractos do several remodeling jobs on my home and business and the price and work have been exceptional.They always go the extra mile and unlike other contractors they always show up and get the job done in a timely manner.i would recommend them to everyone.
This company was great! I had to get a bathroom renovated in a very short time frame and on very short notice around the holidays. I called and Erik came to see the space within a day and him and his team got it done in about 2 weeks just before the deadline! Can’t thank them enough !
I suggest you run away from this crew.... Don't walk away. First of all Erik is not a GC. He is unlicensed. He will come in and pretend to be this super nice guy you can trust. Its an act. He has a remodel license with the state of Florida that is no longer active with the state of Florida! In addition Erik does NOT use certified plumbers or Electricians.
