Late review, but this gentleman helped us when we broke down on our vacation and we're stranded back in June. He went out of his way to help us get back on the road! Great guy and we were safe the rest of our trip.

They made my oil leak 10x worse then lied to my warranty company about the repairs. Have the texts from them themsevles and the email from the warranty company proving they lied about it. Wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy!
We drove thru Mt. View on Sunday after 8pm. At the stop light we heard the metal on metal front brake pad failure so we pulled into Walmart and started asking who in town I could turn to. All 3 folks stated go see J&E located near by. Monday morning we limp the car in. Within 5 mins he was on the phone. Had a definite time later the same day and was able to get the disk rotors machined perfect. By 5 pm we were on the way to Washington state.
