The team here at J&E really know their business and I appreciate that. True professionals all the way around from the office staff to the technicians. Not only was the work quality excellent but they made the communication seamless between myself, J&E and an insurance company. Thank you again for taking care of my vehicle.
I was referred to them by my dealership to fix my bumper. They did a nice job fixing my bumper and even took care of the area that was there before. Only negative was not easy to get hold of someone had to leave multiple messages.
Great experience, the best. Professional, reasonable (cost-wise), friendly, and fast. Customer service is also excellent. The company kept in touch with me every step of the way. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Initially, I had a good experience here. They were friendly, and I appreciated the quick turnaround. But ultimately, I’m still unsatisfied with the overall service. They fixed a minor scratch on my bumper that I never requested to be repaired. In doing so, they scratched my backup camera — which I never had an issue with until after their work.
