Super over-do with this review! -Had gone by on a recommendation from my dealership for just a small but deep scratch repair. -Came out right away to inspect the scratch and imediatly understood exactly what level of repair was needed and identified a dent in the scratch that I missed completly. -Photos of the before really couldn't catch the scratch as bad as it was but I'll try, 1st and 2nd are before and the 3rd and 4th photos are after the repair and paint/gloss match. The team here at J&E really know their business and I appreciate that. True professionals all the way around from the office staff to the technicians. Not only was the work quality excellent but they made the communication seamless between myself, J&E and an insurance company. Thank you again for taking care of my vehicle.
I was referred to them by my dealership to fix my bumper. They did a nice job fixing my bumper and even took care of the area that was there before. Only negative was not easy to get hold of someone had to leave multiple messages.
Great experience, the best. Professional, reasonable (cost-wise), friendly, and fast. Customer service is also excellent. The company kept in touch with me every step of the way. I can't recommend them highly enough.
