Had a mirror replaced, was given a estimate which included painting the mirror to match the car, when the job was completed the mirror was lighter than the rest of the car, was told that there were 2 different shades for my car, that there was no guarantee they could get a perfect match to the car and the best they could do was take the mirror off and repaint it which would take 2 weeks and it still wouldn’t match the car because the replacement part was plastic and the paint takes different on plastic.
