RecommendedHad to take my 2004 Durango in because I had 4 wheel drive problems. Was not easy job but were able to pull it off,an didn't kill my wallet. Friendly and professional atmosphere I recommend any of my friends to go here.
Yet again I took my car to J and E -- and get again I was beyond happy. They provide great service at a more-than-fair price, and have even done me favors and refused to accept a dime. I can honestly give them the highest possible recommendation!
A friendly group of folks and they do a great job with repairs. Everything is explained, and done in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost.
I can not say enough good things about J&E Auto. When it comes to car trouble there is nothing quite as frustrating however here they were nothing short of stress relieving. I have brought my car there multiple times and have never been disappointed. My car had to be towed there and eventually donated which was stressful enough as is but I was having difficulty recovering the title so a charity could get the car. Word to the wise, extremely disappointed in a local business. J and E auto on conklin ave. My husband took his car there last week for an oil change and to weld the right muffler up due to it dragging, which should have been an easy solution. Well needless to say, $400.00 later after an oil change, a sensor replacement ( in which at this point I wouldn't doubt that he ever needed) and repair of the muffler they claimed they did... Personable, Knowledgeable, fast and trustworthy. And for all of you women out there that fear mechanics take advantage of you...'J & E Auto' is the alternative. My wife feels completely comfortable getting her vehicle serviced here without anxiety or stress. It's a load off of my mind, I can tell her to come here if something needs to be repaired.
