This is THE worst encounter i have had with a business. i ordered an Osprey travel pack and instead was sent a cheaply made small kids backpack from China. When I contacted this business to tell them what had happened and to request either a refund or the correct item, they had the audacity to first say they did bothing wrong because it was the fault of the company they use to ship out products AND they dare to ask me to make another purchase at a discounted price for the same object i had ordered.
