They filed a claim without my verbal or written consent and lied to me!!! They previously installed a metal roof on my house, advised I needed warranty work, but to do the warranty work, needed my insurance to come inspect. Stated it was a TX Law. Didn’t sound right so I called my insurance company, that was a LIE! Four months later, I was looking for better insurance rates and was advised of a recent claim. Despite having clear "NO SOLICITING" signs on my walkway and a "NO SOLICITING" sticker on my doorbell, their salesman Harvey Horst rang my doorbell ayway. When I confronted the salesperson about ignoring the signs, he stated that he wasn't selling anything because the inspection was free... wow. The persistent arguing that followed on my front porch was unprofessional and unnecessary. It is evident that there is a serious lack of training and respect for potential customers. JDuncanson did the roof on my house, and it has been an amazing upgrade. I couldn’t be happier with the service Junior Santos provided. His knowledge and expertise truly stood out throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, there were some major weather issues during the installation that no one could have anticipated.
