Brian, my field tech with J Duncanson Roofing did amazing job! He answered all of my questions, communicated and worked well with my insurance company, and kept me updated every step of the way! The roofing crew was wonderful also! They did an amazing job. They cleaned everything up so well you couldn’t even tell they had been there! I highly recommend J Duncanson Roofing.

Bad parking job
They did not follow through on their commitment to finish my roof at the price they originally agreed to. I had worked with them before, but it seems the business has gotten really bad of late, maybe because the owners are passing down to the kids and they don’t seem to care as much. I was very disappointed in their lack of communication and poor customer service. I would not trust them to do another job for me, and it’s definitely not the business it used to be. I would steer clear until they get their act together.
