Jeff was our contractor for years and over time his demeanor toward us changed. I would describe him as disrespectful and rude. I’m certain he would not have spoken to my husband the same way as he did when we parted ways. At one time we were his favorite customer and even paid him monthly payments during the winter for summer projects when money was tight for him. I’m sure Jeff’s moved on to bigger and better things. We wish him the best.
