First impression was great. Jim is knowledgeable, helpful, and straightforward. When the trailer was picked up though, things were noticed. Straps that I had hanging on the wall were left on the floor, front right screw cap was tightened less than half way up the screw, and their remaining mess was left. Quality work requires clean up after the fact. Quality work is detail focused. The details matter.
