I visited this place to get highlights done and I made sure that I don’t want anything golden colour or yellowish. I want it to look dark brown mocha highlights which go with my natural black hair. I wasn’t happy with the result of what my hair looked in the end and girl kept on pushing it by saying it is better than the reference but what I don’t understand is that I never asked it to be something else than the reference picture so why should I be asking her to make it more better.I called the salon to try and fix it up for... read more

We (my Lady K and me) have been going to J Diem for over 10 years. Started as pedicures, then manicures, then haircuts. Though the faces have changed over the years, we've come to rely on Lisi to keep our feet soft, trimmed and pretty. Raha keeps my thinning and greying hair trimmed so I always feel professional when I get to work.
I originally started coming here just for my nails, but one day decided to book a cut and style with Jenny—and I’m so glad I did. As someone who used to avoid haircuts at all costs (I’d either hate the result or feel overcharged), I can confidently say I’ve never felt that way leaving this salon. The prices are very reasonable, and Jenny absolutely nails it every time! Not to mention her and the team are such a treat to chat with. I always leave looking and feeling amazing. Don’t recommend for curly hair at all. I cried. My mom doesn’t have curly hair but also had unpleasant experience
