I can't say enough good things about my visits to J. Diem salon for my regular nail services. I have been going for about a year now for nail extensions and I always see Hieu because I love the nail art that she gives me. Each time I show her a picture, I have concern that it might be too difficult or that she might not want to or have time and she has always done an amazing job no matter what ridiculous design I ask for. Raha has been making my hair dreams come true for the last few years and I feel so lucky to have found her. Her passion and attention to detail is evident in the care and time she puts into your hair. You can tell she isn’t happy until you’re happy and your hair is looking its best. She is also one of the kindest people I know and has helped me find a look that really feels like “me”. So grateful for her and everyone at J Diem, their authenticity really adds a lot to the Burnaby Heights community.

So disappointed because they changed the service provided last minute and charged me much more and I was not happy with the hairdressers service I wrote to the owner, but no response.
