Inspector missed the asbestos in the walls and ceiling of my condo which resulted in over $5,000 in repairs and not be ing habitable. On my second property, they missed properly inspecting my HVAC which resulted breaking down 2 months after purchasing home. My realtor contracted these guys but going forward I will make sure they are not inspecting any more of my properties.
