I am writing to formally request my complete medical records regarding the injectable treatments administered by Dr. Shin last year (referred to during my consultation as 'ultraviolet'). I have developed severe, uneven, and bumpy scar-like lesions on both of my cheeks. As this was the only injectable procedure I have ever received, I require immediate access to the exact product details, lot numbers, and injection depth notes so that a specialist can safely manage these adverse complications.
After 3 sessions of PRP made me aged and look older and created NEW wrinkles because they injected in the wrong places Now I look worse than BEFORE!!!!
They are very overpriced and no improvement.
