I recently had a terrible experience with J. Derenzo Co while using their mobile services. Their machine operators were some of the worst I have ever encountered in the industry. Not only were they extremely unskilled and incompetent, but they also demonstrated a complete lack of courtesy and safety precautions. I felt incredibly unsafe while working with them and would not recommend their services to anyone. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your wellbeing.
