My son chipped his front teeth and I called in for an appointment. I asked if they are contracted and in network with my insurance carrier. I was told that they were. After the dentist completed the work and we were checking out, the team leader, carol, said that I owed over $500 for the procedure. I was shocked and said that my insurance company would cover most of the cost. She said that they were not contracted with my insurance carrier. Bait and Switch!
