Yes treatment has always been the best. My first choice to send all my clients because of quality & intimacy of Tx. However I assume due to the volume of services they’ve gone to automated phone services. Can’t get ahold of anybody (consistently) Not use to it. Treatment 5 star! Communication, ability to speak to who you need to speak to in timely manor...1 star.
Wrote an email asking about the plan in place for treatment that did not seem to target my needs or address some major issues. Asked questions, asked for help. Not remotely rude. Got a VERY rude email back. This is how they treat people. Pictures posted of the email exchange.
