My wife and I have both received stellar service. Their expertise covers but also goes well beyond day to day dental hygiene and related procedures. If you suffer potential sleep apnea, teeth grinding, jaw misalignment, etc please consult with them at least. You might end up paying $ beyond what dental insurance likes to cover for more involved procedures but you will have the benefit for your lifetime. Especially check them out if you're working downtown already!
the friendly and educational staff make this the best dentist I’ve ever been to!
The staff was friendly, but my experience left me with serious concerns. I was told that I needed a tooth extracted due to bone loss, and I trusted their recommendation and went through with the procedure. After switching to a different dentist, I explained what had happened and was told that the tooth likely should not have been pulled. I later contacted Downtown Dental to request the records and explanation for why the extraction had been recommended. Downtown Dental is amazing! They have treated my TMJD better than any other doctor has. My sleep apnea numbers are the best they've ever been and my jaw feels so much better. Everyone there is so friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I loved working with Jordyn and Leah. Jordyn went out of her way to make accommodations in my treatment plan to make sure I was always as comfortable as possible in my braces. I cannot express how much Downtown Dental saved me! I had SEVERE tmd/tmj, an open bite, over bite, and a tongue tie. My symptoms were extreme with consistent grinding, clenching, migraines, jaw pain, muscle pain, neck pain, inflammation, tooth pain, ear pain, really any symptom that can happen I was experiencing.
