The have not allocated the necessary resources to the job or prepared proper planning to the project. Many nice go by with little to no progress. All of their equipment is worn down, the entire job site looks run down…. Originally the bridge was slated to take an entire YEAR to complete…. Now projected to take over 18 months… what a joke.
