This construction company was hired to do a rehab of an older home in Greensboro, NC. during the time of employment of the company . I also hired an independent structural engineer. However, I did not have the engineer go onto the roof to inspect . That did not seem to be necessary due to fact that the company in question also did HUD rehabs.
