We were very pleased with JD and Son's Tree Service! Our trees look very nice and they cleaned up all of the little branches from our yard after they were finished. I highly recommend anyone needing this service to give them a call!! Customer service was also very informative and helpful with all questions I had. They were very kind and respectful to talk to.
Great customer service! From estimate to scheduling, performing tasks, and clean up all was done professionally and promptly. The office staff was friendly and helpful! Crew arrived on time and did a great job. Highly recommended!
Quick and very well done.
First and foremost, they did a good job removing two trees and trimming another tree. However, they were supposed to remove the deck I had in the backyard and the tree branches that were left, they still haven't and it's been over a month since they have been here. I have called them multiple times only for the response to be "I'll have a manager call you" which has not happened. While they did do a good job cutting the trees, they only did half the job they were supposed to. If they finished the job I would be happy to chan... read more
