I expect some smoke - I'm in Nevada next to a casino, but the doors to the casino are left open & there is no other air. Our server spent most of her time pacing in front of the grill area, we had to flag her down for drinks. She didn't seem to care about timimg as she brought our salads before the appetizers & there was a long wait for the entrees.
