The quality of their work is good. However, there is zero communication when they arrive on-site from their crews. They just show up and start climbing all over your roof. And good luck trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone. It always goes to voicemail and they claim to have an "immediate call back policy within 4 to 6 minutes" of getting the message. I've called numerous times over numerous days and have yet to actually speak to a human let alone get a call back.
Just had a conversation with the owner John for a quote. This man is extremely impatient, rude, and obnoxious. According to the reviews here, it appears I am not the only one with the bad experience. I am glad I did further review of this company before a decision was made to use them.

There are similar concerns from others regarding the owner's arrogant attitude towards customers. This company put a new roof on my home in 2017. I am writing this review now for two reasons. The roof over my front door never leaked in the 3 years I had owned the home prior until John had to remove the rain gutter where two sections of the roof overhang came together.
