Same thing just happened to me with my home warranty. Left message in the morning about my A/C not working, and never got a call back. I called back 8 hours later and they said that they would not travel that far.....(22 miles!!) Sure would of been nice to find that out earlier in the day. Buyer beware.
Said he would come after he finished a job. Never called or showed up. Don't waste your time
