Recommendedexcellent service, they go out of their way to help you. I have dealt with them the last 5 years and are some of the nicest people to do business with
Simple boat repair. I gave them the rope I wanted used on my motor (power cord; they used cheap nylon). I was never given a time table to pick it up. Had to call 4 times. Now that I’ve got it home and repair is not what I wanted they want me to bring it back to them. They are only covering the cost of the power cord I brought with me, not my gas, time or the irritation.
I have been dealing with J & D Marine for 20 years and can't even express how pleased I have been with all of my experiences with them. Always helpful, responsive, and fair!!!
