Called J&D in a panic because the boat was running terribly! Talked with Harry 2 days before heading to Minnesota fishing, was told to drop the boat off that day and they’d take a look. They called the next day, boats done and ready to RIP! THANKS GUYS
I actually did not buy from them but I called them 2 months or so ago for a four wheeler. They did not have them at the time and told me they would call when they came in. COVID made it a lot longer than normal so I ended up purchasing somewhere else in the mean time. Fast forward to today and they still called me to let me know they were in. Outstanding Customer Service. Makes me wish I would have purchased through them to reward it. I will look to purchase from them in the future.
Excellent customer service, flexibility and friendliness. Rather than hanging out at the local coffee/donut shop I’d rather hang out with these guys...but then they wouldn’t be able to get their work done with me around! Thanks Harry, Rick, Jim and the rest of the gang!

Got my 2019 srx back from TD dealer and I wasn't very happy,so some of my buddies told me to take it to Jim at J&D MARINE, and he took the Daltons out and put in a different set and he tested it, whole new machine. Lot of people selling tunes and bolt ons, but making them run is a different story. THANKS GUYS.
