BEST PLACE EVER!!!! After having a bad experience at another kennel we came to JD's. I was very concerned because I have a high maintenance female with severe separation anxiety that "the other place" couldn't handle. Everyone has been so amazing working with my "kids" to make them feel special and well cared for. Every day I hear, she let me pet her, she gave me kisses, on and on about how wonderful they both are doing. They are excited to go to "school" every day!! I won't take my kids anywhere else! I was VERY disappointed in the condition my two dogs came back after just one night of stay. Insect bit marks around their flanks, itching, and the bottoms of their paws are raw from the artificial (plastic) astro turf they have in the outside common play area. They both have been limping from the paw damage, still one week later. Also, I brought them portioned food to be fed and, because of the runs they had, think they may have been fed another dog food. Horrible customer service! The receptionist is rude, and the owner yells at people if he doesn't like their pets! I've never been treated so rudely in any business! I would never trust these people to care for my pets!
