I would recommend you never hire this company to do any roofing on your house. They are extremely disrespectful. They were working on our townhouses and were showing up at 6 in the morning with noise you wouldn't believe. If I could attach recording I would. They also throw there trash all over the grass including plastic bags Styrofoam and other garbage. We asked J & D to do a quote on a residential home for one of our clients. Without confirming a date or time that he would be going to site, he arrived to site without notice. On doing their inspection of the roof they leaned their ladder up against the newly installed eavestrough denting and chipping paint off of. After multiply attempts to try and get in contact, both myself and my client have not been able to make contact, neither have our emails, texts or voicemails been responded to. I am extremely disappointed and feel this company is very unprofessional; disrespectful. Ben, the owner of the company came out to my home on Tuesday to provide an estimate for a re-roof where he made the decision to put his ladder right up against my new eaves to get up on the roof. By doing so, he dented the eaves and some black paint got chipped off where he had placed the ladder.
