The person that took our call was friendly and seemed to genuinely care. She kept me updated on the technicians arrival status. The Tech "Dale" arrived and was a professional, informative He replaced the capacitor and had our unit back up and running within minutes. This was an emergency weekend call and the cost was affordable. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.
