Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called this company desperate for help — our AC is down and we have two 2-year-old daughters who are sweating and uncomfortable in this heat. After calmly explaining the situation, the technician hung up on me with no explanation or compassion. That level of disrespect and lack of basic empathy is shocking. We had Edwin Morales as our HVAC tech today and we were very pleased with him. Our home is about 3 years old and we have it serviced quarterly since purchasing it. We just switched to J & D and thanks to Edwin noticed that (3) air filters had NEVER been changed. We are very happy with this change in company!!
Professional and quality service. We had them out to inspect the installation before the new home warranty expired. Be careful with home inspectors who may create "issues" just to fill a report. Our technician, Ed, was very professional and informative. He addressed the "potential" problems quickly and verified the installation was to code and the unit was working as designed. Speedy response. Runs red lights where cars with green lights can't see red light runners
J and D did all of the initial installs in our community and we have had zero problems in the four years we’ve been here. I signed up for their twice annual check up Program to keep it that way. Friendly and professional office, staff, and technicians.
