I booked an appointment at this salon expecting to be seen at my scheduled time, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I ended up waiting 15–20 minutes past my appointment time with no communication from the staff. It seemed like they told everyone to come in at once, which created unnecessary wait times and confusion. The lack of organization was frustrating, and no one took the time to update clients or manage the flow properly.
