I booked an appointment at this salon expecting to be seen at my scheduled time, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I ended up waiting 15–20 minutes past my appointment time with no communication from the staff. It seemed like they told everyone to come in at once, which created unnecessary wait times and confusion. The workers in the salon are very nice. I wish Marisol would take more accountability for her mistakes. I went to add caramel highlights to my hair and the top of my head is all orange. When I told them, I didn't like it and that the color is wrong, she said to come back and they will fix it and that I would have to pay more money. They made the mistake and want me to pay them again after spending $390. The color is not even close to the color I asked for. I will never go there again. I will buy $20 box dye and fix it myself... read more
