I can’t say enough about my installer, Derrick. His work is amazing and he is the nicest person I’ve met in a long time. He does everything to perfection while checking constantly to be sure it meets the client’s expectations.
Was recommended by a friend. Company seems geared more to contractors. Was left sitting on a roll of carpeting for 10 minutes before being acknowledged on my first visit. Final price did not match the estimate. I was unpleasantly suprised when i stopped in to pay my bill. They probably should have eaten the additional $57 dollars, they knew i wasnt pleased...so here we are... on the plus side, the workmanship was outstanding, thus salvaging my rating..
We had three bedrooms carpeted, and are totally satisfied with the whole experience! It was easy to walk in and look at/feel different carpets. Everyone there was helpful with understanding material, colors and pricing. We took some samples home, and the next day they had already had someone come measure our rooms.
