We have used JD Esco for electrical work and was impressed with the customer service as we were their knowledge, the best in Tuscaloosa in electrical. Though our original message referred to service we felt did not follow the same as we found in electrical work we were heard and we respect a company that hears customers and tries to do better, thats all we can expect of anyone. I was have major issues with my AC unit and I couldn t get any help with the business in town until I called JD ESCO. They were able to come out on the same day even though I didn t call early that morning to set it up ahead of time. They got the problem fixed very quickly and even gave me some tips on how I could save costs on my power bill! I have never used a company like this before. I will definitely be using them in the futuer.

I was VERY pleased with the services I was provided. They came out very quickly and solved all of my electrical issues. I was even able to talk to the owner of the company before the service technician even cam out. He was very nice and very professional. The prices they charge are very affordable and when you add in the service...it s unbeatable!
