Shout out to Keegan and Ryker for their quick response when my transmission went out on hwy 30. Keegan had a driver (Ryker) to me within 15 minutes. Ryker was very professional when it came to road side safety and getting my truck back to the dealership
My grandson accidently lock my keys in my running car. They were fast and got my car unlocked.
Alex had came out to our apartment complex today as one of our tenants locked herself out of her car, Alex was very nice to her and was able to answer all of her questions! Riggs also was responded to the call in a timely manner! I thought they were also cost affective for the situation! I would use them again!
Zachary was quick to respond and very considerate and polite towing my Lexus to the Toyota dealership in Hiawatha and taking me to a hotel with my luggage and all when I was stranded late at night. He deserves gold stars and a big raise! The dispatcher was also sympathetic to my needs and very helpful.
Dusty was great!! He arrived quickly and was nice to chat with during my ride home. I definitely recommend asking for him if whenever possible.
