I stopped getting water here because there was bugs in the water! The ower has the audacity to leave a response accusing me of lying about dirty water when literally posted pictures of the bug after filling my water bottle. This place is sketchy and weird for calling customers liars. Since I stopped going to jc's "pure water" I've been going to water world LB and have had such a better experience! They actually have friendly staff and their water is CLEAN!
I work at a doctors office near by and have been filling up our water jugs here for staff and patients for the past few years. I left them a voicemail and never got a call back then had to call back again today. The last 2 times I got water there, there was bugs floating in the water *Nats or mosquitoes not sure which one. I dumped the the whole 5gallon water out and had to refill it. They were closed so I wasnt able to talk to anyone during the week around 230 pm.
