I called before I drove down, looking to purchase tires. They stated they had the tires so I made my way. Waited with no acknowledgement for 20mins. When finally someone approached and I told them my tire size, only for them to tell me they didn’t have them. This was a waste of my time and something that I value dearly. They should know what they carry inventory before hand and especially if you reach out in advance for confirmation. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!
Got a new tire put on rim half hour before they closed on Saturday for 85. No complaints. They only accept cash,no cards.
Been using them for years. I buy my tires online and they install cheap and they also do any plug or patches. They keep my family and me on the road.
If you’re from Augusta then you know JC’s is the “plug” for tire plugs! They get you in and out quickly. It’s very affordable. Their plugs last. I love that they are a small business, simple yet effective!
