1 star because the lobster risotto I ordered looked like porridge with lobster on top. I wish I’d taken a picture. It was BAD. The flavor was ok enough but for the price I was expecting a “wow” factor. This did not deliver. Hubby didn’t like his food either. He’s a chef. The names of the chefs are on the menu itself so we were expecting to be in for a treat food wise. It was a major disappointment and for the price we will not be back. Love this place - Need to make sure you reserve a spot, which is a good sign of the enduring popularity. Whether a Pear & goat cheese salad for lunch, a fantastic pub burger and beer in the bar for a casual social meet, or a full dinner with an upscale feel for guests or business groups, have never been disappointed on all fronts (food, service, overall atmosphere and quality). Definitely recommend!!
Food, delicious. Our table, the location was terrible. A special evening was less than we expected. Should I need to say when I make a reservation that this is a special occasion to insure our table is not outside of the service area?
The food is excellent! Our waitress was the absolute best I can’t tell you the last time I had that kind of service and I feel like a jerk that I cannot remember her name…sorry!!!
