I've been a regular since my friend referred me. Jenny is the nicest person ever. She always treats me amazingly and gives me exactly what I want every time. Highly recommend anyone in Bloomington - Normal!!
Had an appointment from Joe and he said I was not on his schedule to get my hair done. I did not get my hair done. He also does not keep track of gift certificates for getting your hair done. My sister out of state got me a gift card and I used only $60 dollar for a hair cut and the gift card was for $150. Joe kept $90 of it.
