My partner and I just built our first home with J Co, and it was an awesome experience! From the beginning to the end, the team were professional and attentive. They listened to our ideas and helped make our vision a reality. The craftsmanship was excellent, and it’s clear they used high-quality materials. I also appreciated the consistent communication throughout the process from Cody. The regular updates kept me informed and involved. My partner and I recently just picked up the keys to our brand-new house built by the amazing team at JCO. We had previously had terrible building experience with a different company, and went to JCO and thank god we did! Not only is the quality of their work absolutely 10/10 but to have a builder that actually cares! From colour selection with Ava (who is fantastic) to all the builders we met through our walk throughs. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you Jo and the team for building our beautiful home

I cannot recommend J Co Constructions more highly! I just moved into my custom home I built with them and I am so blown away by the service I received from start to finish. There is so much detail that goes into a custom home that I could not have navigated with our their expertise and consideration. They genuinely care about their clients and the quality of what they are producing, no short cuts or compromised standards. I have recommended J Co to everyone I know looking for a Sunshine Coast builder.

OMG WOW !!! To say that we highly recommend J Co is an understatement. I am so happy that, after a lot of research, we chose to build with J Co. Best decision ever!
