I made an appointment with Melinda for a house cleaning. She was to come on a weekend morning at 9:00. At 8:15, I get an email (not a call), saying she needs to reschedule. We rescheduled for two days later. I gave her my garage code and she was to come at 9:30 while I was at work. When my kids got home from school they let me know that no cleaning had been done! She did not show up AGAIN! She did not call or email. Terrible! Beware! Only gave one star because ZERO is not an option.
I had the same experience at Lisa Klick. I made an appointment with Melinda to come at 8 am on a Thursday. I get an email at 6:15 am saying she was not feeling well that night. Understandable, people get sick. I re-scheduled with Melinda for today and she was supposed to come at 8 am--No show. So now, I have cleaned up my house 2 times to get ready for her for her to not show up. Melinda scheduled two appointments and didn't show up for either. Do not bother scheduling with her unless you want to be left high and dry.
