He's so kind and thoroughly answers all your questions. He's done several injections for me.
The doctor and the entire staff are very thorough and cooperative. My ignorance, when I was anesthetized, this visit I wasn't totally asleep. I didn't think anything of the fact that I was hearing everything going on. Until, I noticed towards the end a sharp pain in a nerve. I now know it is my responsibility to speak up, if I am not totally anesthetized. I don't know, if it would have been helpful to be asked questions of me during the procedure or not, because you generally don't remember anything, literally!
Dr. Rainer's expertise makes this procedure very easy. I have complete trust in him and his staff. He has literally changed my life.
