Not for Opti-smooth – I had a similar experience to the other reviewer with my first opti-smooth treatment. Several spots were missed and my hair is not perfectly straight after $400 (with coupon). I don't think they're experienced enough with opti-smooth, or at the least, not careful.
not the place for opti.smooth – I went to J Christopher for the 25% coupon for an opti smooth retouch. Everyone was very, very, very nice in the salon. Unfortunately, the retouch was not great - my roots are straight but there is a one inch area of wavy hair between where he touched up my hair and the original opti smooth. I'm the biggest fan of opti smooth, but I'm beyond frustrated at the moment because I STILL have to blow dry or straight iron my hair everyday because of that 1 inch strip. Love my haircut with J Christopher – I'm sure many hair salons can give you a good haircut but what impressed me about this salon and J Christopher himself was that he told me I would leave the salon happy and I did! He knew exactly what I wanted even when I couldn't communicate it. Get Your Best Looking Hair – When I leave this salon, I look like a movie star. I cannot believe what they do to my hair. I lived on 55th & Bway for years and as I worked my way up the corporate ladder, and I watched this Salon open and grow. Go to this salon – I just came into J. Christopher Salon and had a wonderful experience. The whole staff is so helpful, I had my hair cut and colored by Sebna. She did a great job now I'm just waiting until I go back. the prices are reasonable and she was so careful to give me the style I really wanted. THANKS John

Great comfortable place with experienced color technicians and stylists – I randomly found this place on the computer because I am from out of town, near Philly, and I made an appointment for a highlighting and I left with my hair looking so fantastic!
