Hired Jacob to convert an existing garage into a two-bedroom ADU. Despite hiccups and unpredictables along the way, Jacob was able to keep this build close to budget, solid, and attractive. We now have a tidy, comfy space with great design elements that feels like home. I really appreciate that Jacob and the various crew that worked on this were able to clearly explain decisions in the design, presenting options, seeking feedback, and making sure we were making informed choices.
Jacob is fantastic! This is my first construction job on my own property and he definitely “stepped up” to say the least. From finding and communicating to window contractors to the city planning division itself. When issues popped up, and they will, Jacob not only informed me, but found solutions and stepped up to the plate to help. It’s rare to find good people like Jacob and after 20+ years, it goes to show he will continue to treat people right. Thank you Jacob.
Professional and efficient we are in the beginning stages of our remodel and Jacob has been very helpful and insightful in helping us with our vision.
Jacob and his team, including Mack, did a great job on my project. Black mold had "crept" into an area of my house. Jacob carefully identified the cause of the water entrance, and they did a great job of repairing the affected area, including a "super" clean-up. I will definitely hire again.
I cannot commend Jacob and his team highly enough. I have remodeled most of my house room by room over the past 8 years, including 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a complete kitchen remodel, including removal of an interior load bearing wall opening up the kitchen to the dining room, custom cabinetry, a large island, new walk-in pantry, hardwood flooring repair (from the old wall), natural stone slab surfaces, custom tile work, and a large marble island with an ingenious metal lattice supporting the slab which allowed wrap arou... read more
