Jacob is an incredibly talented designer with exceptional skill in Chief Architect. His renderings are top-notch—realistic, detailed, and beautifully capture the design vision. I first met Jacob when he came to my property out of genuine curiosity after hearing about a water intrusion issue I was struggling with. Hired Jacob to convert an existing garage into a two-bedroom ADU. Despite hiccups and unpredictables along the way, Jacob was able to keep this build close to budget, solid, and attractive. We now have a tidy, comfy space with great design elements that feels like home. I really appreciate that Jacob and the various crew that worked on this were able to clearly explain decisions in the design, presenting options, seeking feedback, and making sure we were making informed choices.
Jacob is fantastic! This is my first construction job on my own property and he definitely “stepped up” to say the least. From finding and communicating to window contractors to the city planning division itself. When issues popped up, and they will, Jacob not only informed me, but found solutions and stepped up to the plate to help. It’s rare to find good people like Jacob and after 20+ years, it goes to show he will continue to treat people right. Thank you Jacob.
