Just had a great experience with Jason of J Carroll Electric. Had a GFI problem outside that I couldn't resolve on my own. Rather than incur a service charge, Jason walked me through some possible fixes on the phone. As a result, I found the problem and was able to correct it. That's what I call customer service. Jason is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He's my new #1 go to electrician.
