Dr Vineyard did an awesome job with the surgery although his staff is very rude and unprofessional. I will admit that I have had to reschedule appointments because of the hectic events that have been occurring within my family. Mandini and a Lisa took issue with me rescheduling so many appointments. There was no compassion or empathy given to the life events that were occurring during that time. I do not respect that. Mandini/Lisa, have respect for peoples circumstances.
What a wonderful experience at the Carrell Clinic and specifically with Dr. Vineyard. The arrival, check in, on time in to the appointment and all the initial work up (including X-rays) was excellent. Dr. Vineyard himself was very kind, gentle and professional. Explained in great detail in non doctor english what was going on with my toe and what my possible remedies would be. He also made several shoe suggestions and ideas to help me… Truly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend the clinic and Dr. Vineyard.
Top notch treatment, greatly appreciate the professionalism!!
