Doctor Calvin Johnson did an examination on me and made comments to me about how I had a limp and difficulty moving. Yet in his report he said I had no difficulties. I would give 0 stars if I could. He is nothing but a workers comp doctor who bended to what they wanted over what (Me) the patient actually needs. Two other doctors highly recommended surgery.
