I had the worst experience with Bonnie, the property manager, regarding adding another vehicle for parking at our condo. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, even hanging up on my husband mid-sentence during our conversation. She failed to provide clear instructions on how to go about adding another vehicle and left us completely frustrated with the process. As a property manager, I would expect a much higher level of professionalism and communication. This experience was incredibly disappointing.
This property management is not straight they are trying to take money by any means my property is under their supervision now I ask them to fix something outside 3 months ago until now since they took the management our complex became so bad moreover there is a lady her name is Bonnie there that is racist and very rude . She doesn’t like to do anything really I don't recommend this property management I don't like to give bad reviews but this property management is a spam
They unprofessional, disrespectful and racists.
The worst manager ever not professional at all always has attitude Racist management company harassment, to many people even my friend when come visit me
They discriminate against race and disability. Worst company around.
