Very disappointed with the way my friend was treated when he called. I referred Steinly to my friend when he was looking for a new provider for his hvac needs. When he called to schedule a service call they were rude to him on the phone and didn't want to help him because he isn't currently purchasing oil from them. Fools... he would have bought his fuel from you and would have also referred you to all his customers since he does inspections.
