Our family lived on Adams Avenue at one of their many properties. And I have to say it was one of the best places I have ever lived! The landlord Matt was always very helpful and considerate of our needs. We were from out of town and he took the time to drive us around town to show us all the shopping centers, downtown and good places to eat when we first arrived in town. They fixed any problem with our apartment and the rent was very reasonable compared to the other apartments in the area. The utilites were very affordable ... read more

I stayed on Adams Ave apts for a year. The owners name is Matt, and i dont think he knows what privacy means. he was in and out of our place all the time. i have friends that live there that hate it and cant wait to leave. the neighbors there are old ladies that keep their nose in ur business. we got in trouble for drawing hopscotch on the side walk with chalk outside our apartment. and the rent there is sooo crazy high! we were a couple days late on rent last summer and he turned off our air condition for a week! the dudes ... read more
