These People Are Great It is rare to find a company that will tailor their service to meet your needs and ability to do some of the maintenance yourself. They have always been extremely helpful, informative, and have saved me some money over the years. When there is a problem they are very prompt at making a call to solve it. I highly recommend them.
Honest and dependable! J & C Quality Pools has helped us out with several pool emergencies over the years as well as opening and closing our pool for the season. They always return phone calls, schedule appointments and show up when promised and the service is great. James helps saves you a few dollars when he can also. This is a pool service you can trust, I highly recommend them!
Polls & Hot Tubs After hunting around for the best prices on a reasonable outdoor hottub, we settled on J&C in Downers Grove. James (the "J" part!) helped us pick out the right model for us and saved us a ton of money with the install and chemicals. We still call J&C when we have a question and James is always willing to help. When we put in an in-ground pool, we most definitely will be calling J&C.
